Thanksgiving, 2013

May your day be filled with peace, blessings, wonder and gratitude!

I take a few moments to sip my morning coffee and write before I fill the turkey with stuffing and place it in the oven for the next 6-7 hours. It’s a big turkey. And set my dining room table with pretty dishes, glasses and cloth napkins that have different designs and colors. I have white candles everywhere and familiar sights, sounds and smells will soon invade my world, in a most joyous manner.

Smiling faces, wine and hor- doeuvres will breeze around my living room, in connective crisscross lines.  A happy holiday is about to occur, one that I must step away from this computer in order to make. I am doing that now.

I wish everyone family, friends, love – lots of love – and enough connective crisscrosses enough to last a lifetime.

I am complicated and seeking - joy and sorrow, country and city, competition and cooperation. After behavior of a gregarious nature, I require down time to refuel. My loves are children, family, friends, reading, writing, blogging, fitness, and health. I feel most alive when I stay true to my core values. Beauty makes me happy, pain helps me grow.
